Our Exclusive 'Sleep On It' Policy
At SerenitySleep, we understand that adjusting to a new mattress takes time. Studies show that most people experience some initial discomfort with a new mattress. Therefore, we ask you to sleep on your new mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust. If after the first 30 nights you are still not completely comfortable, we’ll do our best to match you with the right mattress within 120 nights of your original delivery date.
Policy Details:
Eligibility: One exchange per purchase within 120 days of delivery.
Return Delivery Fee: $170 minimum return delivery, with additional fees depending on distance.
Exchange Credit: The remaining amount of your initial purchase, less the redelivery fee, will be credited toward a new mattress.
Condition Requirements: The mattress must be clean and undamaged. To qualify for an exchange credit, a mattress protector must be purchased with the new mattress to ensure that the mattress has been protected from potential wear and tear. Removal of the original (white) law tag from the mattress or foundation will void the 120 Night Sleep Trial.
Exclusions: This trial is not valid on clearance or preowned merchandise, floor models, pillows, mattress protectors, adjustable bases, furniture, or other accessories.

Total amount of sale will be applied toward a new mattress of the guest’s choice at equal or greater value. Return delivery fee will be required unless the guest chooses to return the mattress in clean and undamaged condition without using our delivery service. Please note that our online partners do not offer pick up of the returned mattress. Refunds are not offered at the retail establishment, but we are happy to exchange.
