Exchanges/Returns/Refunds

Mattresses: A one-time exchange is available following 35 days after delivery and up to the 60th day following. The original purchased mattress may be exchanged for another mattress of any brand, for equal or greater value. A mattress protector must be purchased at the time of the mattress sale and shown on the invoice provided to qualify for an exchange. A redelivery and pickup fee will apply. Fees are based on location of delivery/pickup, and no less than $125. The mattress exchanged will be inspected for stains, tears, or damage of any kind. If the mattress has been stained or damaged, an exchange will not be honored. Mattress purchases do not qualify for returns and refunds.

Adjustable bases: Adjustable base purchases are a final sale and do not qualify for exchanges, returns or refunds.

Foundations: A one time exchange is available for another type of mattress support of equal or greater value. Foundations do not qualify for a return/refund.

Frames: Standard frame purchases are a final sale and do not qualify for exchanges, returns or refunds.

Platforms: Platform purchases are a final sale and do not qualify for exchanges, returns or refunds.

Mattress Protectors, Sheets, & pillows: All bedding essential purchases are a final sale and do not qualify for exchanges, returns, or refunds. 

 

OLD MATTRESS REMOVAL/DISPOSAL

If a guest chooses to have their old mattress/foundation/frame removed from their home at the time of delivery, a $79 fee will be applied to their invoice.
